Security Operations Manager

Key Features:
  1. Manage daily security operations across assigned sites, directing supervisors and security personnel.
  2. Plan staffing, approve rosters and arrange suitably qualified cover within delegated authority.
  3. Assess site security risks and implement appropriate security procedures and protective measures.
  4. Conduct inspections, monitor contractual service standards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  5. Coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies, escalating matters under agreed procedures.
  6. Oversee incident investigations, maintain accurate records and implement lessons learned.
  7. Identify training needs and monitor staff competence, performance and compliance with applicable licensing requirements.
  8. Liaise with clients and report operational performance, risks and resource requirements to the director.
